The Cairns Residents Reference Group
(Rates) - CRRGR has completed its 'Submission' to Cairns City Council
regarding an acceptable 'Rating Structure' for 2006/07 and beyond.
A copy of the full CRRGR 'Submission' will be publicly available after Monday 20
February 2006 to ALL interested ratepayers' and residents' who currently have registered their interest with the
CRRGR... plus ALL Community Groups and other ratepayer and resident groups or individuals upon request.
In an effort to save residents' valuable time and effort, the CRRGR has provided written individual submissions for residents' in two (2) separate formats.
It is up to the individual resident as to whether he/she wishes to use either the one-page individual 'Petition' format or a one-page individual 'Submission'... or BOTH!
As Cairns City Council has placed a 1200 (midday) Monday 20 February 2006 deadline for residents comments, it is strongly suggested that you download and complete the following documents so as to reach CCC by the stated deadline.
Simply click onto the document of your choice, or alternatively, download BOTH documents and submit to CCC...

It MUST be
emphasized that the CCC is primarily ONLY interested in NUMBERS of
resident proposals received, followed by a token number of ‘credible’
proposals being given time to be presented at a subsequent full Council Meeting
for their consideration.
